Allowed to post the commissioned work on any social sites for self promotion and in doing so, will not profit further from the commissioned work.

Can reject any commissions tied to NFTs, Blockchains, or anything associated with the sort.

Cannot trace, copy or claim the work as your own nor remove the watermark.

Are welcomed to use the artwork however you wish, However, proper credit must be provided if you share the artwork around.

May only use the artwork exclusively for personal and not a profitable use under any kind ( prints, merchandise, resells, etc ).

For commercial use, you must have written permission from me as well as pay a licensing fee.

DO NOT have the right to mint/sell any commissions from me for anything associated with NFTs, Blockchains, etc. Failure to comply with this will result in you becoming blacklisted and I will not do any future commissions with you.

Should you decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivates of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider an automatic purchased of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.

Refunds will not be given once the art piece has started. Once the sketch has been accepted you're no longer eligible for a refund.

If for whatever reason you decide to cancel your order before I've started, you will be eligible for a full refund.

If you're getting refunded DO NOT request for a paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money myself. Failure to abide by this rule may result in me declining any future commissions from you.
